We are a purposefully tight-knit group of claims consultants and forensic quantity surveyors and delay experts. We have the freedom and capacity to work quickly and effectively to provide our clients with tailored solutions unique to the construction, infrastructure, engineering and process industries.
Our leadership team has stood in the shoes of construction contractors, clients, subcontractors and consultants and experienced the challenges faced when working with advisors that are spread across many services and bound by templated global approaches.

Over the past decade, we’ve helped businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and the Middle East settle disputes, find equitable solutions, and mitigate against delays and cost overruns. We’ve also served as expert witnesses, standing up to cross examination in proceedings and providing sound, evidence-based opinions supported by knowledge of recent legal precedent.
