Paul is a seasoned quantum expert with a wealth of experience in forensic quantity surveying. He is a Fellow at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and is a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) at The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, where he is also a Fellow (FAIQS).
Paul’s expertise as a consulting expert is the result of his hands-on industry experience, having worked as a project-based quantity surveyor, contract administrator and commercial and contract manager for tier 1 contractors in the UK, Australia, and Asia. He has worked on major engineering construction projects where he has led the estimation, procurement, cost control, tendering, and contract management, in addition to working at joint ventures as a committee member leading the commercial and contract management function.
Paul has vast experience in industries, such as construction, infrastructure, rail, roads and bridges, energy and resources, water and renewables, as well as residential and commercial buildings. He has worked on notable projects, including 2000MW coal fired power plants, $1-billion joint venture road and bridge projects, water renewal projects and complex commercial building projects.
