Our delay experts were able to support the Contractor to submit delay claims as a result of latent conditions, utility issues, and the late issuance of design.
Our quantum experts compiled a bespoke quantum claim related to the unbalance of the cut and fill earthworks compared to design information, in addition to the quantification of indirect costs.
