Accura Consulting was engaged by a major European Bluechip client to assist in the recovery of time and cost following delays on the project.
Delays were encountered due to issues with connecting to the grid, the late issuance of statutory permits and incorrect design issue.
Using our extensive international experience in working with renewables EPCs, our team was able to provide a tailored and structured analysis, with expert advice including forensic quantity surveying, resequencing and planning, forensic delay analysis, and claims drafting.
In addition to analysing alleged delay events, we also provided technical advice on scope and contract interpretation in addition to providing adjudication and arbitration support.
