Leaning on our real-world industry experience, the JV consortium retained experts from Accura Consulting to prosecute an extensive claim relating to the latent conditions.

We conducted a forensic analysis of the historic site records and contract documentation to understand and justify the consortium’s contractual position.

Our experts set out the entitlement in an extensive claim document, producing cost schedules incorporating the costs to be claimed as part of the claim for quantum.

In determining the costs, we reviewed and analysed the project cost ledger, identifying both direct and indirect costs using a robust and justifiable approach.

Working collaboratively, Accura Consulting experts were able to convert one project to a cost reimbursable model following the client’s recognition of the delivery challenges – a great result.
