Major Road Bridge Replacement Project

A major bridge replacement project in southern New South Wales was launched to help build netter connection in and around the bay town for motorists, freight, river users, pedestrians, and cyclists.

Major work on the replacement bridge project commenced in 2019 with the new bridge opened to traffic in March 2021. Removal of the existing bridge and foreshore upgrade work was completed in July 2022.

Public projects can often face variations to the scope of work and this project was no different. Our experts were retained by the Head Contractor to prepare and prosecute claims for quantum and time relating to numerous variations to the scope of works on the project.
