The Project was a major redevelopment along the Sydney foreshore which includes a mix of commercial and residential buildings, an entertainment precinct, harbour walk and public parkland.

Our client was awarded the design and construct contract for delivery piling and foundation works.

Our client faced several issues on the project which caused cost over runs and delays to the critical path. The main issues where interfacing and coordination with other contractors and design changes by the employer.

 
 

Accura Consulting seconded several forensic quantity surveyors and delay experts to work on site with our client to prepare several quantum and delay claims.

We managed the whole claims process with our client and provided ongoing commercial, contractual and delay advice.

The Executive team of Accura provided ongoing support and advice to the CEOs of the JV which aided in settling the dispute.
