Accura Consulting deployed its commercial and contract management expertise to support the mining owner and operator prepare contract schedules including Alliance Charter to guide behaviours for the contract.

Working closely with the client, our team also conducted a review of the cost model to determine value for money in the cost reimbursable model.

A key part of developing a relationship/alliancing-type agreement was the creation of a pain-gain share mechanism to facilitate appropriate balance for risk and reward for all parties to the contract.

Preparing and reviewing the contract required an attention to detail and ability to negotiate clearly and effectively with other parties on key contractual clauses, gaining agreement on departures.
