Many wind projects engage an EPC to lead the manufacturing, design, development, engineering and procurement of a project. Due to legislation, environmental factors, and shortage of skilled labour, projects often experience delays.

Accura Consulting was engaged by a Major wind EPC and turbine manufacturer that had received several claims for variations and EoTs from subcontractors. Costs claimed where excessive and the time claimed purported all the culpability to the EPC.
