Accura consulting worked with several main contractors in compiling claims, providing commercial and contract management support.

A significant part of the work for Accura was the review of each scope of work and understanding the scope obligations and entitlements in order to produce a easy to understand claim.

Due to Accura Consulting being forensic quantity surveyors we were able to prepare measurement take offs and compare to the contractual documents to demonstrate the issues with the cut and fill due to contamination etc.

All of our clients utilised out full service offering of forensic quantity surveying, project planning, commercial management and delay analysis. This provided a seamless and efficient approach when delivering the project and ensuring all entitlements and risks where managed.
